Marketing Manager

Job Description

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; and
managing staff.

Job Duties:

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.
  • ·        Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projectingexpected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzingtrends and results.  
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills
1-Knowledge of the Food industry is an asset.
2-Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
3-Experience in strategic planning execution, knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
4-Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
5-Work requires professional written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
6-Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and smoothly with the sales staff and different customers encounters.
7-Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
8-Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
