 Piece hamburger and steak beefsteak+Cup kiwi and pineapple juice.

The third day


breakfast

Diet roasted slice toast +5 slices pineapple + 1 fresh fruit +Cup skim milk .


lunch meal

Consisting of lettuce, tomatoes, cut chicken breast salad+ Slice of cheese skimmed +Pineapple and kiwi juice .

dinner

 1mashed potatoes without salt + A glass of skim milk.


Fourth day


breakfast

Diet roasted slice toast + Half of a grapefruit medium-sized   +A glass of skim milk.
